Compensation and working conditions
We treat our employees and contractors fairly and without discrimination. We provide fair and competitive compensation and a work environment that promotes the health, safety, diversity and dignity of all who work for and with us, and is free of violence, intimidation and harassment. We prohibit the use of forced labor, child labor, and any other practice that seeks to exploit individuals and undermine their dignity and well-being.
Union representation and collective bargaining
We recognize and respect the right of employees to select union representation, in accordance with applicable laws, including the National Labor Relations Act. We have a long history of successful relationships and productive, collective bargaining with multiple unions.
