WEC Infrastructure has agreements in place for majority ownership interests in wind and solar generating facilities that are capable of producing more than 2,600 megawatts of energy, and have long-term off-take agreements for all of the energy produced. WEC Infrastructure’s total investment will be nearly $4 billion.
