However, communications unrelated to the duties and responsibilities of the Board, such as ordinary business matters, individual customer matters, mass mailings, new product or service suggestions, job inquiries, promotions of a product or service, or patently offensive material, will not be forwarded, and will be addressed as appropriate by management.
